The Customer's personal data is collected and processed by RNTBCI and members of Renault distribution network (together referred to as Renault), as joint data controllers, for the purposes of the present contractual relationship and to communicate offers and news to the Customer.

Under certain conditions, this data is shared with Renault SAS (parent company of the group). In accordance with the applicable regulations, the customer may request to obtain and check the data that Renault holds on him/her, rectify inaccurate information, delete data concerning him/her, and take a copy of his/her data for re-use elsewhere. He/She may also object at any time to the use of some of his/her data, in particular for direct marketing purpose or profiling, and ask to freeze the use of his/her data.
